Payment
You pay when you place the order. The portrait is prepared after payment.

Proof
You receive a watermarked proof once the portrait is prepared. You may ask for one change.

Approval
You approve the proof before anything is printed. If a print or canvas is not answered within 48 hours, the proof is taken as approved and production goes ahead.

What arrives
A digital order is a file, and it is not printed. A framed print or a canvas is made after approval. Allow 14 to 28 days to prepare, then 2 to 5 days in transit within the United Kingdom. These are estimates, not a guaranteed date.
